Ham, Brie, and Arugula Sandwich

This ham, brie, and arugula sandwich is a definite winner! It is not only super easy and quick to make, but travels well and tastes amazing!  Just a few simple ingredients create a sweet, salty, and peppery flavor profile that kicks this sandwich up to the next level!  This would be great on a picnic or hiking outing, or for a more formal lunch with friends.  This is a great recipe to change up from the usual PBJ to a more gourmet lunch with hardly any effort!

Ingredients: (to taste per sandwich)

Arugula
Honey Ham
Brie Cheese
Cheese Honey
Dijon Mustard
Sourdough bread

To begin, slice the sourdough bread and toast if desired.

Slice the brie into thin strips and spread out on the bread.

Top with honey ham; I used two slices.

Add some arugula for a peppery crunch to compliment your sandwich.

In a small bowl, whisk together equal parts of cheese honey and Dijon mustard.  Spread across the remaining slice of bread and top your sandwich.

Slice down the middle and serve! Awesome!
