Genny’s Three Pepper Dip

An amazing, spicy dip inspired by this year’s apartment gardening adventure! I grew five variations of peppers this year and wanted to put together a recipe that utilizes the first of my crop. This dip is simple and delicious, and just spicy enough that everyone can enjoy!

Ingredients:

6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 jalapeno peppers
1 anaheim chile pepper
1 banana pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp plain bread crumbs

This recipe is complete in just a handful of steps! First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Dice each pepper fine as shown

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add diced peppers, cumin, and garlic salt and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and then with the bread crumbs.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bread crumbs begin to brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
